FY2016 Student Technology Fee

Information Technology is now accepting FY2016 Strategic Proposals for technology-enabled solutions that enhance learning.

Proposals may be submitted by any faculty, staff, or student at GPC.

Each proposal should be related to an IT Strategic Goal in the strategic focus area of Enhanced Learning and meet USG Student Technology Fee guidelines.

FY2016 Strategic Proposal Timeline (Revised)

August 10, 2015– Call for Strategic Proposals announcement released as well as proposal submission form.

September 30, 2015– Proposals submissions due by 5:00p.

October 1- October 16, 2015– Proposal submissions reviewed by Information Technology.

October 20- October 30, 2015– Proposers respond to Information Technology questions.

November 3- November 19, 2015– Student Technology Fee Committee reviews proposals and OIT question responses.

November 20, 2015– Strategic (Student Technology Fee) Proposal Hearings.

December 1, 2015– Implementation/Purchasing process begins.
